Before Rae's first "official" debut with the band, we realised we didn't have any promo shots of her -- and we'd been using the same goofy photo of the four of us taken in a downtown fountain for years... but there wasn't time to book a photographer and shoot something new, so with one of Rae's acting headshots, that old fountain photo and a little creative Photoshop work to move our heads around, we came up with this:
At the show at Owen's Place in Lake Oswego, someone was overheard to say "Oh look, there's the girl with the big head..." Well, of course we thought that was hysterical, and even briefly pondered changing the band name to "Big Head Rae and The Tards", but wisely reconsidered. Anyway, Rae has a lovely normal-sized head, although we still like to tease her...
